Thank you for supporting Smelling Peace! Because our handcrafted candles are delicate and made with care, we want to ensure they reach you safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Smelling Peace operates and delivers strictly within Cyprus. We do not offer international shipping through the website.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Options

To give you the most flexible and convenient service, we offer two main ways to receive your order:

Option A: Personal Handover (Arranged with Nikolas)

If you prefer to save on shipping costs or live nearby, you can opt for a direct, in-person pickup.

  • How it works: Select the "In-Person Pickup / Direct Arrangement" option at checkout.

  • Coordination: Once your purchase is complete, Nikolas will reach out to you directly via the phone number or email provided during checkout to arrange a mutually convenient time and place to meet and hand over your items.

Option B: Courier Service (To a Location of Your Choice)

If you prefer standard delivery, we use reliable local shipping companies to get your candles to you.

  • How it works: Your order will be dispatched using a trusted courier service.

  • Flexible Drop-off: We will ship the package directly to a designated courier point/office or a specific address close to your location of choice.

  • Tracking: You will receive a notification or tracking details once the package has been handed over to the shipping company so you know exactly when it is ready for collection.

3. Processing & Handling Times

Because our candles are handcrafted in batches, please allow [Insert Number, e.g., 1–3] business days for us to prepare, package, and quality-check your order before it is shipped or ready for direct arrangement.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Personal Handovers: Always 100% Free.

  • Courier Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on standard local courier rates. (Optional: Specify if you offer free shipping over a certain order amount, e.g., "Free courier delivery on orders over €50").

5. Damaged or Broken Items

Wax and glass are fragile, and we take great care in packaging your candles securely. However, if your order arrives damaged during courier transport, please contact us immediately at the email address below within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
